Harvest Breakfast
Groveland Works collaborated with the City of Groveland to host Harvest Breakfast. The purpose of the event was to highlight agriculture businesses within the city. Local, state, and federal elected officials were invited to meet together for the meal.

Reception Honoring FDOT Secretary
Groveland Works hosted a reception to honor Kevin Thibault, the Secretary for the Florida Department of Transportation. Thibault, a Groveland resident, was named Secretary of the FDOT by Governor Ron DeSantis. Philip Fulmer, Chairman (at that time) of Groveland Works, said, “Transportation issues are of huge importance within Groveland. We have U.S. Highway 27, State Roads 50, 19 and 33, and the Florida Turnpike all running through Groveland, these are major roads with major traffic. Having the Secretary of Transportation residing in Groveland is a major benefit.”

Town Hall Forum
Groveland Works hosted a Town Hall Forum to give the public an opportunity to get to know the candidates running for City Council and to give the candidates a platform to discuss their views and reasons for running.

Small Business Saturday
Groveland Works participated in Small Business Saturday, a national initiative aimed at encouraging people to include local, small businesses in their holiday shopping.

Bilingual College and Job Fair
Groveland Works partnered with Hispanics of Lake County Association to host the county's first college and job fair for English and Spanish-speaking people seeking career opportunities.
