Jose Rubio, Jr. is the Board Chair. He and his family have lived in the Groveland area for decades. He is a successful entrepreneur and owns a local convenience store with fuel, a grocery store with restaurant options, a full-service family hair salon, financial and income tax preparation services, real estate investments, and property management. Rubio serves on Groveland's Strategic Planning Committee.
Philip Fulmer is the Immediate Past Board Chair. He is also president of Carroll Fulmer Logistics, a family-owned trucking company that his father started in 1953. Philip is Chairman of the Florida Trucking Association and invested in several other trucking-related businesses.
Ross Bitterling is the General Manager for Builders FirstSource, one of the largest employers within Groveland. He studied Business, Management and Marketing at Michigan State University, then graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Central Florida. He is a Professional Selling Program Mentor at UCF.
Bret Jones P.A. is an attorney and founder of a five-attorney firm focusing on Business Law, Real Estate Law, and Estate Planning. Jones was named one of Central Florida's Most Influential Business Leaders. He was also named a Rising Star by SuperLawyers magazine. Jones serves on Groveland's Strategic Planning Committee.
Chef Keith Keogh, CEC is a Florida native well known for his impact on the food industry. Keogh resides in Groveland, Florida where he and his wife Vicki live on a farm near their two daughters and 5 grandchildren. Keogh serves on Groveland's Strategic Planning Committee.
Pastor Tony McCoy is the Senior Pastor of Hope International Church, affectionately known as “The Real Church," located in Groveland, Florida. He was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. Pastor McCoy serves on Groveland's Strategic Planning Committee. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Florida. He went on to get his minister's license in 1996, through the United Christian Church and Ministerial Association. Pastor Tony is also a retired 10-year veteran of the National Football League.
Bob Proper is an Associate Broker at Florida Realty Investments – with a focus on Commercial Real Estate. He is seasoned in Real Estate, Construction & Development.
